Breast cancer /s he most common cancer in women. L nxplr node involvement is tl e most un ortant prognostic friclor. Correlation between Micro Vessel Count (' V' and lymph node involvement had been shown in main.' ,In ' fh/s research, .. correlathnz between tumor an io enes/s and lymph node involvement, tumor histological grade and patients' age had beenstudied. Material and Methods: In this analptical descriptive .airily 170 far al/n ed and paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissue specimen had been stained for factor VITh related antigen. Samples classified according to it ter of lymph node involvement, fiistolo ical:grade and age. Finally we examined the correlation between MVC and these parameters. T student test and ANO M4 test were used for statistical analysis. Results: Difference observed between MVC wh/r number of involved lyn:ph nodes and hL tolo foil grade were significant (p<0.000l , p<0.0005) while no significant difference was observed by age. Discussion Siqnifl cant correlation was seen between MJC and number of involved lymph nodes. s a result tumors jIr hi?!, MVC have the most pons/b/lr'ty for lymph hods involvement and gain from anti rzn io enesis therapy..
