The presented study evaluates the changes that accur to the skeletal and dental tissue, before and after orthognathic surgery of class III patients that were treated with bimaxillary surgery versus single jaw surgery. This study is a combination of orthodontic and surgical treatment for patients with server dento- facial problems which can not be corrected just by orthodontically teatment
