Mycosis fungoides in an extranodal non- Hodgkin's lymphoma with primary involvement of the skin. To determine the incidence rate of MF in Isfahan and to compare the results with other reports, we collected our data from MF clinic of alzahra hospital that is the main center for treatment of MF patients in Isfahan in 1386 ( 2007- 2008). 11 case were reported to the MF clinic of Alzahra during the study, from them 7 cases diagnosed as MF. the incidence rate of MF in Isfahan in 1386 was 3.91 per million persons. the age spectrum was 28- 80 years and the mean of 43.14 years. the male / female ratio was 3/4. the incidence rate of MF in Isfahan is similar to other areas. Howevermale to female ratio is opposite from other studies.
